「Lack of kitchen facilities on 23rd March was disappointing but managed by customer facing staff reasonably well. The hotel facilities are looking tired (eg fireplace in lounge covered in dust and fluff). Opportunities missed to champion Yorkshire produce (food, drink, souvenirs, Newspapers etc) at what could be Yorkshire Coasts premier hotel. Our first return visit since Covid and somewhat disappointed. Would be happy to speak with Management if they are interested in Customer feedback.」

「Exceptionally well decorated and beautiful home to explore the local area. Very welcoming on reception and everything you could need. Only minor gripe was the upstairs shower that was either boiling hot or freezing cold with no in between but sort that and this place is perfect. 」

「Comfortable bed, some noise from people on the landing as there was a gap at the bottom of the door but this was only a minor inconvenience. Friendly staff, plenty of teacand coffee in the room too.」

「Our hosts Morna and Ian provided an excellent standard of service. Breakfasts were delicious, healthy and lovingly cooked and were a looked forward to part of every morning. Our accommodation was spotlessly clean with amazing sea views. There was a comfortable lounge to relax in and the garden was a delight to stroll through. My wife and I would not hesitate to recommend Tall Storeys to other people.」
