「Very friendly staff, clean and tidy. Good atmosphere. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Probably the best one we have stayed in in Scarborough and we have stayed in quite a few! Unfortunately unable to access the restaurant for dinner as fully booked, but breakfast was delicious and well presented. Will definitely return.」

「The bedroom & en suite were very tastefully decorated, with the decor exactly to our taste! The Bella Rose coffee shop was used throughout our stay & the staff were very welcoming & accommodating. The 15% discount was used each time we ate there which was a bonus as thought it might be a one-off. Peasholm Park on the doorstep was a huge plus too! My only criticism of our stay was that I made the owners aware that I was allergic to fur & feathers beforehand & I particularly queried any cushions...

「It’s billed as a BW Signature but having just come from a signature hotel in Solihull I beg to differ. First impression you pull up and think the gps has taken you to the wrong place no BW signage and a shabby looking exterior. Reception was a serving hatch in the wall find out your on the third floor lift only goes to the 2nd then you have to drag your cases up 2 flights of stairs the room is incredibly small,shower is a corner unit where your elbows hit the sides as you shower nowhere to put...

「I genuinely think this hotel is just basic. For the price you would expect more better looking interior, freshness/cleanliness or service. It’s got no parking on site contrary to what they put up except street parking. The stench of old rug mixed with moisture welcomes you upon entrance, hallway small. Staff just about okay, breakfast; basic stuff you can get from any bnb setting. The only positive was the size of the room. Again we chose that cos of our family size. Sorry, it’s a no from me....

「- The shale beach across the road was the most amazing I have ever seen. - The menu is misleading. My husband wanted NO ALCOHOL beer because he is allergic to alcohol. The NO ALCOHOL beer on the menu said 0.0% alcohol. What arrived was what the waitress said was NO ALCOHOL but it actually was 0.5% alcohol. We sent it back, and I did tell the waitress the menu was incorrect and that she should mention it to management, but she did not seem interested in doing anything about it.」

「On arrival there waa no parking, but the manager directed us to an NCP carpark which was helpful. The staff were friendly. However, the room was very tired and dusty. Dust on all the skirting boards, particularly on the shelf in the bathroom, near bed, under bed. Just needs a good clean. Everything was tired and needs an upgrde. Was certainly not worth £150 per night, room only.」

「Good sized room, really comfy bed! Good supply of tea and cofee. Only issue I had was window doesn't shut properly but was a mikd 2 nights so wasnt bothered. A really good priced stay and nice and close fo town centre and the cricket ground 」
