“Staff are really great and friendly! The room we stayed is near the alley which is noisy during the night that we couldn’t sleep well. And the pillows are flat that are not comfortable. ”

“Stayed at this property for a visit to Scarborough for the night. Cannot mention one bad thing about the hotel. We stayed in the four bedded family room. Brilliant facilities did not have en-suite but we knew this and there were plenty of toilet and shower options throughout the hotel. Very friendly staff. Free parking which was also a bonus. Very close by to all facilities of Scarborough. Small fridge in room which was a nice extra to keep drinks cold. Would definitely stay here again. ”

“Its not the most stylish or modern of places to stay but it has a lovely feel to it. Staff are honest, i left my ear buds and they handed them in. The building is quirky but i was so relaxed with my kids cos there was nothing to break/damage. I could smoke on the balcony and no one cared. I will stay here again 100%”
