「Resevered an apartment with them for a school event received confirmation and the day of check in they could not find a reservation at all despite me having already been charged...their solution was to book a different available unit as they had several available, however, when the booking site contacted them they were told nothing was available...this resulted in a lot of food waste as i had brought things with me to put in the fridge. I was forced into a hotel with no fridge instead so on top...

「The rooms were clean and well-appointed. Hot water was a problem. Very quiet neighborhood. Since you advertise a yard, there should be something of interest in it. Perhaps that happens outside the winter months. Excellent value.」

「This room was central located for what we needed, but it’s not suitable for elderly or anyone needing ADA accommodations. The cleanliness was subpar and in slight disrepair. Internet and tv didn’t work (only 1 in the condo). I received a text at 12:15am from the host asking to check their noise awareness monitor?! We had been asleep for hours. Not impressed.」

「The location and apartment were just what we needed for a week long work training. With not a lot of hotels in walking distance, we gave this a go. There were no reviews yet, so that was a concern. But it was good for what we needed it to be. The complex is mostly permanent residents and as such, some of the public areas could use work. But, the apartment itself was comfortable and you could tell there were upgrades that had been made by non-professionals. But it had everything we needed...
