“Location is good and quite near the Sunshine plaza and Maroochydore bus station. Room is large, clean and facility is modern. We lived here for five days. However, we felt disappointed that we could not find any dishes/plates and bowls provided even kitchen equipment (oven, microwave) was in there.”

“I thought it was value for money. It was literally a 2 room apartment with Kitchen and bath, and all the appliances and utensils I needed for a one week stay. Although there was no daily room service, everything I needed to clean the room and sheets and towels was available. This is a cost saving measure and of course it had a lot to do with the inexpensive cost of the room. It had cable tv (with premium movies), it had for a fee wireless access, and is located less than a block away from the……

“Property across the street from beach. Saw a humpback whale playing in the water and watched the surfers. Nice pool on property as well when tired of salt waters. Easy walking distance to restaurants, clothing shops, and grocery store. Can walk a long distance of the coastline and never have to use your vehicle. Would highly recommend.”

“Osprey apartment had an large garden （probability the only among the region) which you'll hear minimum traffic at the balcony. Walking distance to the main beach/cafe area is about 5 minute, great if you are looking for a quite yet not too remote place to stay. Facility in the room is a bit out-dated, but the space is quite large with front and back balcony, all in all it's a great value if money. I'll stay here again next time.”
