“Wonderful stay indeed! We chose to stay here because of the close proximity to the beach & it was very well appointed! Our family enjoyed the quiet, clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated condo. Plenty of room for our family of three to stretch out and relax. After days full of enjoying the many fun outdoor activities Siesta Key has to offer, this was the perfect temperature-controlled haven to rest up and rejuvenate for the next day. The beds were comfy and the showers were hot, just like……

“This is a completely remodeled property with 4 California King beds and (1) room with bunk beds. (4) full baths. 15 Yards from the beach and two blocks from the Village. This is a great location I will surely be returning to. Enjoy!”

“Very well equipped and comfortable appartement in nice condo with pool and access to the water. We liked the kitchen and the beach equipment. 15 minutes walk to the beach is a bit long, when it is hot in July. Sea was almost too warm(!). After the checkout, we got some unnecessary and unpleasant questions about the parking pass and the beach-towels that we had all left exactly where we had found them.”

“The building was under construction which was not revealed to us prior to booking. Inside the windows of the unit were filthy. The TV in the bedroom did not work for half of the vacation and the shower had a governor on it and was warm at best. Being under construction the pool area was dirty and very open to all the workers. the hallways all had building paper down. Very disappointing!”
