“It’s a good choice for short-term travel! The room is not big, but very new and clean! There are also breakfast coupons every day, which I didn't expect. It's very close to Midtown. To be honest, there were too many people staying in Midtown for a few days. The distance here is just right and it's very convenient to go to various attractions! The hotel staff are also very nice! “Very nice hotel, but generally dark in most areas. Entering at street level into a dark space with no direction that the lobby is on the next floor was unacceptable. Service at the lovely lobby bar was not up to the standards expected at this level hotel. Very slow and not crowded. Very nice room with a great view and amenities. ”

“in the middle of taking a bath, the water coming out from the faucet is dark brown with some particles in !!! It was so disgusting ! They did send the technician to check, but i had to call twice to ask for another room to finish the shower. They did not offer any alternative had I not request for it. At the end I did not take the offer to finish the shower in another room as I had to catch my flight. The customer service is not okay, all they said is sorry ! it was a really horrible……
