“Staff was prompt & courteous. Hotel was clean and bed and bath were excellent. Good mattress and pillows which is of utmost important to me. The hotel, however, is very, very dated. Dark hallways. Black and silver decor feels very mid70’s. Though I’m sure it’s been updated since then. Just not a fan of the moody darkness. ”

“The hotel is right in downtown Nashville, a few blocks uphill from Broadway where the crowds hang out. So it was a good location to all the must-see spots. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean but the hotel could use a refresher. ”

“Second time staying here the only issue is the homeless that wander the immediate area, however security is tight and keeps an eye on things now. Otherwise this is a great place away from the mayhem, we had a king suite with an amazing view and the pool area here is awesome.”

“My stay at the Thompson was great, however, i was incredibly disappointed in how uncomfortable the bed was. I'f i'm paying $600 for a room, the bed better be top notch. Instead it felt like a dorm room bed. Stiff with zero comfort. ”
