"Unfortunately the lift to our room was out of order. There was ni signage about this. The guests included an 84 year old an 80 year old and a guest with a fractured ankle. Having to walk three flughts of stairs with suitcases was not easy. Contact was made to the bumber who advised they would let reception know then hung up on me. Could not call back. When maintenance person was asked the next day we were advised that it was broken before he left on leave and was not really interested. Remainder...

"Apartment was nice albeit a bit dirty (rubbish found in shelves etc) surrounds were lovely except owners in building complained there were kids staying there (even though they’re entitled to), neighbours being nosey reporting kids were swimming in the pool (?). Spa was dirty an unusable."
