“The apartment was lovely and very spacious. The grounds and amenities were good, especially the lagoon pool and lap pool. There was access to the beach and a 7km walking trail which led all the way to Kings Cliff from the property. Would definitely go back next time in the area. ”

“Hillcrest Mountain View Retreat is a hidden sanctuary. We hit the jackpot when we were searching for accommodation in the area to attend a wedding. Its location is nothing short of spectacular and the 360 views are breathtaking. Hosts Craig and Paul were so warm and welcoming, and a wealth of knowledge about the local area. Our room had such a comfortable bed with everything we needed and many more extras. The deck was made for unwinding with a daybed and hammock inviting you to linger and……

“Unfortunately the lift to our room was out of order. There was ni signage about this. The guests included an 84 year old an 80 year old and a guest with a fractured ankle. Having to walk three flughts of stairs with suitcases was not easy. Contact was made to the bumber who advised they would let reception know then hung up on me. Could not call back. When maintenance person was asked the next day we were advised that it was broken before he left on leave and was not really interested. Remainder……

“The Rochers team is superb! Had a really lovely stay and wish we could stay here for longer. The villas are secluded and very well designed, not to mention the bed is super comfy too! Probably the best bed I had slept in! The view of Mount Warning was terrific from the villa and the pool. Will totally recommend anyone to stay here if they are looking at somewhere quiet and peaceful :) thank you so much and see you guys soon again!”

“Apartment was nice albeit a bit dirty (rubbish found in shelves etc) surrounds were lovely except owners in building complained there were kids staying there (even though they’re entitled to), neighbours being nosey reporting kids were swimming in the pool (?). Spa was dirty an unusable.”
