“Love the corner room”

“Construction made you walk all the way around the complex. For people who can’t walk long distances, it is an issue, and this is a BIG complex. Machines are VERY TIGHT! The hotel & staff were wonderful. We won’t gamble at your casino, again. Jackpots are very small, when you get a bonus. We have a casino, 4 miles from our home and they have the same gaming practices and we go across town. Your Hotel and staff are 5 star, though! ”

“Very nice and quiet. Tried to use the shuttle a few times and was never available, but close enough to downtown so it was okay. Pool was relaxing and quiet, loved the rooftop bar/restaurant, beds were comfortable, overall amazing stay ”

“Room was great and the staff was fantastic. Heater in Lobby and cafe area was broken which made it very cold for drinks at the bar and breakfast. The staff let us know they were trying to fix the issue but it wasn’t fixed by the time we checked our. Overall I would recommend this hotel as it was very nice and clean. ”

“The elevators were broke and we had to wait for 20 mins to get to our room or to get down from our room as it was overcrowded and limited to one slow elevator for the whole hotel, our AC was broke in our room when we called the front desk for fix or a fan they said they would call back and never did, I was also charged an unauthorized 107.33 by the hotel that I am still waiting on return. Not happy!”
