“The resort itself was fine. The staff was very busy, a bit overwhelmed and slow as a result. The townhouse we were put in was dirty, outdated, with a broken family room tv, sliding doors that are impossible to lock or broken and bedrooms so very small with furniture too large, it was impossible to change in the bedroom. The doors did not stay open and u could not stand in bathroom at the sink with door open. We asked for someone to come out and fix tv, no one came. Garbage outside that smelled……

“Hotel is beautiful. My issues was manly my room was very hot. Ac seem to barely blow. We woke up some at times at night very hot. ”

“My only suggestion is to clean the garbage littered in the beach-lounging area. There’s also litter in the ocean (under Little Limon deck) that we picked up and a strong smell of sewage that hits the nostrils as soon as we exit our room or walk towards the Tiki bar. The ice cream place also needs to stay open later than 8. We stayed in room 218 and Friday going into Saturday evening, there was extremely loud music that went on from 10pm to about 1 am. It was awful and we couldn’t sleep and……

“Room was nice with balcony but not what I expected. Thought I was booking the room that was in the picture. All the pictures of my room at time of reservation appeared like the photos shown on the site, but this was not in fact the room we received. Overall the property is pretty nice with bikes, kayaks and paddleboards available at no extra charge. There was a free shuttle to the sister resorts Amara Cay and Three Waters Resorts.
