From the beautifully decorated rooms that are spacious, to the large patios, to the walkable grounds all in white sand and beautifully clean grounds. You will walk from your rooms towards the BEAUTIFUL view of the Florida bay. Incredible view from this resort. Featuring two wonderful pools. “I didn’t like that we couldn’t use the beach because the seaweed was not removed to make beach accesible. Also our room floor was dirty, appears that it has not been cleaned with water for a long time; when walking barefoot in room our feet became very very dirty with floor dirt. Room floor should be cleaned with water to remove dirt. Resort is very nice, employees are great, kind and very friendly. I hope my above recommendation is taken into consideration and resolved. “How to begin? So many things wrong! Poor services and front desk take forever to answer the phone. Also, the front desk has no customer service politeness. The first night was a disaster! When I was putting away the trash under the sink a big cockroach said “hello” to us! The apartment desired cleanliness, especially the floors, very dusty and crawling little bugs.
