This hotel should be called Kids Camp. Pretty much all parents with young kids. Not recommended for couples wanting a romantic getaway. The check in staff were extremely unhelpful and each one told you something different. Had to wait 21/2 hours for our room. Food was mediocre at best. Compared to other Hilton resorts this is a disgrace.

Overall a great spot. A few items; signage says non cash payment facility, but the valet could not take a card payment. It is a little noisy until about 10 PM. The Spa charged my wife for a session, though it was not booked. They did not answer their phone after trying to set it up online, awaiting refund.

Our stay at Baker’s Cay Resort Key Largo was truly wonderful. The ocean was visible right from our room, which created a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere throughout the stay. The resort offers an impressive variety of amenities that make it easy to enjoy your time on property. Guests can take advantage of bike riding, kayaking, the pool, comfortable sun chairs, and hammocks thoughtfully placed around the grounds. There were also plenty of activities available including ping pong, cornhole, volleyball, and soccer, which made the experience fun and engaging. The property itself was very clean, quiet, and beautifully maintained. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and valet parking made arrival and departure seamless. A special highlight was the butler, who was terrific and even hosted beach bingo, adding a fun and memorable touch to the stay. Overall, the resort has a warm and inviting atmosphere and is clearly both family- and pet-friendly. We would absolutely return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in Key Largo.

We were placed in a room far away from most things. The pool was a short walk away. The room was surface clean but not deep cleaned. There was a stain on the couch cushion when we made the pull out couch for our child. There wasn’t a vent in the bathroom and the bathroom was in between the two bedrooms without a window. Otherwise, everything was ok. We only stayed for 1 day. The staff was great!

Our room was very pretty and had a beautiful view of the ocean. I will say that you can hear a lot of noise through the walls whether it’s doors closing or people walking around. We were also pretty shocked that there was a $35 mandatory valet parking fee for a resort that already is quite pricey. We weren’t expecting the $35 fee a day for parking also their website has different amenities and experiences you can book. I booked a clear kayak only to find out they no longer have clear kayak rentals there. The staff was very friendly and helped me get a refund. I also booked a chimney experience. However, we were walking around the resort, trying to find it only to realize it hadn’t been set up yet at the time that was requested. Once again the staff was very friendly and helped accommodate us to get the experience started. Their beach is beautiful however you’re not allowed to swim or kayak or paddle board outside of their roped off area which was pretty small overall this was a good hotel. I just think that there is room for improvement to make it feel like a luxury resort, especially for the luxury price.

The amenities and the family-oriented atmosphere make this hotel an excellent place to stay. The natural surroundings are beautiful and create a very relaxing environment. The condition of the hotel was very good, and everything was clean and well maintained. It’s a great place for families to enjoy and spend quality time together. I would definitely recommend it and would be happy to stay here again .

There was a major issue with the valet parking upon arrival. The attendant was overwhelmed, there were no bellhops available, I was prohibited from using the cart & the manager refused to speak with me when I asked to address the issue with her. If they are not going to have proper staffing and oversight, they should allow visitors to self park.

Friendly staff, beautiful grounds, and wonderful location. Walls are pretty thin and we found the overall vibe of the place to be pretty loud and not as relaxing as we’d hoped.

pros: - nice beaches, liked the private beach features, tiki bar on the beach, etc. - they had some delicious cocktails - resort felt private and set back from the main road - enjoyed included amenities like complimentary morning fishing and paddleboarding cons: - resort food was overpriced and not good, with only 1 restaurant option on property - on our 2nd day, the room wasn't cleaned or serviced, and when I called to ask about this, it was hard to get in touch with the front desk - our room was just okay, I've stayed in much nicer hotel rooms for way less $ - the noise was definitely a problem - i think this was partially due to where our room was located, but hotel had events going on that went pretty late both nights we were there and it felt like our room was in the middle of a CLUB.. don't get me wrong, I like to party.. but like I want my actual room to feel peaceful and quiet. - we had some issues with the valet and had to deal with some damage to our rental car overall, the views and vibe were beautiful, but I probably wouldn't stay here again.. especially considering what we paid for a not so great experience

The room was nice. It was nice to have two separate pools. We thought they could have explained the service charges better. 20% was automatically added to everything including asking for a soda, drinks, food and we initially tipped on top of that. The place was packed and it would have liked to have music or some entertainment. We found th rooms to be overpriced and meals to be overpriced.

Great for a long weekend. ++ amazing staff, get a massage from José, beachfront room was the best, Dry Rocks has a great vibe. Also, it's very family friendly. You can determine your preference there. Negative: valet only parking (is new) so if someone is just there for dinner, or salon services, or visiting, they are forced to pay $35 to park. Seems petty. This policy should be reconsidered especially for locals and diners.

Not as advertised. Paddle boards had chunks of wood/fiberglass broken off, glass bottom kayak and other kayaks in need of maintenance, all bike tires had absolutely no tread. The beach was very small, so no ability to take walks. The only walkiing/biking was the path that ran along the very busy highway. Partial ocean view room gave us a view of about 1 foot of ocean near the shoreline due to heavy vegetation and trees. Parking was free when we booked, but upon arrival we were told that valet parking was mandatory at $35/day, even on the evening we arrived and the early morning of our departure. Limited dining—one expensive restaurant and one bar with a small menu
