「Fantastic hotel. Great mountain views, boot room opens about 50m from the gondola. Staff very friendly and helpful. I don't have her name, but the receptionist was extremely helpful in helping me sort out an alternative route to the airport when the bus wascancelles.」

「A very beautiful hotel, perched on the side of the mountain offering beautiful views down into the valley and across to the mountains on the other side. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The rooms are modern, spacious and staff keep them well maintained. The pool and spa are beautiful, truly an oasis after a chilly day out on the slopes. The hotel offers a free shuttle from Canillo up to the hotel, which is definitely a lifesaver - it’s a long old, steep walk up from the village!」

「Es una muy buena opción para pasar unos días en Andorra tanto si el plan es esquiar como shopping ya que está cerca de todos los servicios, comercios, restaurantes, parkings etc El hotel es muy bonito y las habitaciones y baños también amplios. Quizás un detalle tonto pero estaría bien que pusieran zapatillas de baño ya que el suelo del baño es de mármol y aunque no está muy frío si puede resultar en un resbalón tonto al salir de la bañera o ducha. El personal muy amable. 」

「The staff here were UNBELIEVABLE!!! They were so freindly and so very helpful. Our room was too hot and they quickly moved us to a new room, even helped us move our things. The room and bathroom were very clean and comfortable. Restaurant was just so-so for dinner. We loved this town. Wish we had stayed longer! As we were walking around that evening, we heard music...voices from heaven! We went into the church and the children's choir were putting on a performace. The most enjoyable...
