"The check in guest services staff member was not very helpful and seemed like she didn’t really want to be there. When we said thank you after getting the key cards to our rooms she didn’t make eye contact or even respond. But she wasn’t distracted. Just not concerned with being friendly. "

"Always 5 star service and accommodations! The grounds are fabulous, high-end but relaxed! We will continue to stay yearly for our event with the Texas Rodeo Cowboy Hall of Fame!"

"The property was very clean and nicely decorated. I believe the ceilings were 12 feet, which made it feel very open. The only thing I would suggest is to add a full length mirror somewhere as the bedroom did not have a dresser or mirror. The bathroom shower was very nice. The only thing I didn’t like was that the access to the building I was in was lengthy. Communication with the stay was excellent."
