“We stay in Luzern for 2 nights with sea view room, the room’s view is great and there’s the free coffee machine for us to grab a coffee and relax the whole afternoon. Me and my family enjoyed the room a lot. Be reminded that the room without air-conditioner, a stuffy room and a bit hot, need to use fan and open all window in case to let the wind come in. The welcome drink is great too, we enjoy much in the bar, a good memory in Luzern”

“Modern and nice looking hotel freshly renovated, with a great breakfast ”

“The staff of the hotel are too young and not experienced. The reception staff changes almost every other day. It is not good for the guests, who look for stability and home feelings. The cleaning staff are not experienced too and throw away my expensive and important tooth bracket when cleaning.”

“Very nicely located at the arrival of the cable car, 3 minutes by foot, no noise, brand new hotel. You can start skiing from there. Just huge and crowdy. Though I stayed 4 nights, I had to change room after 1 night because of different customer name and the other room was much smaller. Funny meal ordering system, but convenient.”

“The best location, views and luxury room! Beds were SO comfy, room was HUGE and immaculate. Highly recommend over staying In Lucerne- website does not do this hotel justice. Only downside was no robes in room and my room was missing a coffee pot-our friends had both items in their room so probably a fluke! ”

“Rom is nice but I’d prefer it to be brighter with more lights. Bathroom decor is a bit dated but acceptable. The highlight is the breakfast where all bread choices are exceptionally tasty! Would love to come again just for the bread! Of course, location is unbeatable. ”

“ I’ve been staying there for two nights for Easter break. All the staffs from different shifts that I met have been very helpful and friendly. Two of them proactively help with checking yes potation for hiking trails. Room is clean and Hotel interior design is classic. And they even have a bathtub that is perfect after a long day hiking! ”
