「The shuttle service was convenient with a courteous driver and the check in process was smooth. Housekeeping was friendly and thorough and the bell hops was knowledgeable of the area with great recommendations. The location was awesome near the mall with many restaurants options. The hotel was clean and classy so this was worth the purchase with no complaints!」

「For my boutique hotel lovers, Le Méridien is a great choice. This boutique hotel is very unique as it previously was a Federal courthouse where mob bosses were convicted and renovated into this lovely hotel. They still have some of the original rooms, wooden doors and decor. They offer a 24hr fitness center, pool and a restaurant that offers Latin cuisine. The staff were very friendly and my room was clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend if heading to Tampa. 」

「They advertised that it was newly renovated and had great amenities. I checked in at 3:30 and did not go to my final room until 8pm. Two of the rooms the door would not lock. Every room was filthy. Mold in the icecubes. Hundreds of dead bugs around patio light. 3 nights in a row the water was shut off all night. So loud with the construction. No phone in the room. Staff at front desk extremely rude. The filth on a can opener. And no amenities. Pool was closed. I feel like sending the...
