“All the staff l encountered was willing to assist with any question or concern l had. The pool is still not open but they offered shuttle to another property. There is some cosmetics and structure repairs that are needed. Once that is done they will be good to go. ”

“Kate at the front desk was very helpful. Our daughter was staying in one of your rooms for a conference. Coincidentally this is the hotel we booked one extra night in so the kids could fly out on Monday. Cate allowed our daughter to stay in the room, she was already in and our two older boys who were Staying at a different hotel for the same event we able to just move into her room for the night so they could all be together and they didn’t have to change rooms.”

“This hotel service is very poor, I booked a river view room on Expedia, they gave me into the city view room. Then the room air conditioner is broken maintenance staff can not repair, the front desk clerk will not change the room 65 degrees Fahrenheit! Can only give you add blankets. Will not go to the hotel for the second time in my life. And downstairs vallet $40 per night!”

“We had a great time at Le Méridien ! It was just as amazing as I remember from our stay years ago! This is a beautiful building that has a focus on art and architecture. If you are an art lover, this is a gorgeous place to stay that is rich with history! The gentleman at the front desk was so helpful and made our stay start off on the right foot. I also loved the sparkling wine reception! Thank you so much for the attention to detail! ”

“This seems to be more of an extended stay than a hotel. Limited lobby with basic front desk and most of the guests seemed to have a dog, which I enjoyed because I love dogs. But it’s not the lobby bar, bellman, nice music you might expect for the price point. You are on your own with your luggage. Pat said, I found the room very comfortable and loved having a washer and dryer because I’ve been on the road for a week. There is a very nice and expansive pool deck, but no bartender at the bar……
