“Clean room ,nice staff ,quite great view. I would have liked a couple more towels in the bathroom and maybe some beach towels to take to the pool. ”

“The condo was reasonably close to the beach, was part of a nice community, and was well kept. The unit was tastefully furnished, with most everything you could possibly need, and the management company was helpful and courteous. We would definitely stay there again!”

“Sandy Smiles property was perfect for my family especially since it is pet friendly. We had stayed here for the weekend because my gym was having a beach get together at Terramar Beach and this was perfect! They proved you with a code to the pool which we did not take advantage of but enjoyed watching it from the balcony. The balcony also over looks the lake and other nearby properties. All we had to do was drive or walk across the street and enjoy the beach. Three things that were kind of a……

“The condo was clean, smells clean and was very comfortable, especially the beds. The pool area was clean and well maintained but the condo association (separate entity) is not keeping up the outside repairs of the buildings at all and mildew does exist on the outside only! ”
