「The condo was reasonably close to the beach, was part of a nice community, and was well kept. The unit was tastefully furnished, with most everything you could possibly need, and the management company was helpful and courteous. We would definitely stay there again!」

We had stayed here for the weekend because my gym was having a beach get together at Terramar Beach and this was perfect! They proved you with a code to the pool which we did not take advantage of but enjoyed watching it from the balcony. The balcony also over looks the lake and other nearby properties. 「The condo was clean, smells clean and was very comfortable, especially the beds. The pool area was clean and well maintained but the condo association (separate entity) is not keeping up the outside repairs of the buildings at all and mildew does exist on the outside only! 」
