“Clean hotel...check in was good...heating unit in room buzzed all night...didn't get much sleep...I informed the check out staff...especially since they always ask..."how was your stay with us?" First thing the gentleman at the front desk stated was "We don't give refunds"...I chuckled...I didn't ask ...nor was I expecting one...although...in hindsight...I did have a horrible night of sleep...and probably should be compensated...he didn't even fret to let me know he..as well as hotel mngt were……

“This was a wonderful experience all around. Staff was amazing, super polite and welcoming. The pool and Jacuzzi were my place to be. Quite and relaxing Slept like a baby, such a comfy bed. Food was also magnificent, and impeccable service from the barmaid made this a 5 star stay for me. I will return”
