“Hôtel très bien placé à playa blanca. Gros bémol sur l insonorisation des chambres. Beaucoup de bruit dans les couloirs. On entend même les voisins parler dans la chambre voisine ! Restaurant hyper bruyant également.
Le Spa est très bien 20 euros pour une heure trente”

“Great place to stay in Lanzarote! Spacious and luminous junior suite, comfortable bed, renovated bathroom, nice terrace. Very clean and well maintained. Good breakfast and dinner. Friendly staff. We really enjoyed our stay here.
Really recommended! ”

“This is out of my expectations as a 4 star hotel. Travel with a 3 year old boy this is definitely a good choice staying here. There are some splash park and toddle pools for liitle one, its a joy for him everyday after breakfast. Location is good also the food is good, everday has different options and some tasted wonderful! 5 star for me at this price 🙃”

“The main pool is too cold to use however there is a covered pool which is much warmer. The kids pool is slightly warmer but still too cold for kids to spend too long in. Hotel grounds, rooms and communal areas are very clean and the staff are very helpful and friendly. The food is buffet style and perfectly acceptable. ”

“Lovely hotel and super friendly staff. Rooms huge . Areas of wear and tear in rooms.
The breakfast buffet was very poor worse one we’ve ever had. Hot food was luke warm. Lunch buffet worse than breakfast buffet . So much so we only used it twice we decided to pay to eat out despite having paid half board. Shame the food seriously lets the hotel down and belonging to such a large chain of hotels this should not be the case”
