「Excellent séjour 10/10」

「Decent hotel, we stayed in an annex which was maybe not quite as nice as the main building. Overall positive though, all inclusive, only ate breakfast and lunch and went out on an evening. Both were decent. Lovely walk along to Marina Rubicón.」

「The hotel cancelled our booking and moved us to another H10 hotel. The problem was it was miles from the centre and completely full. Not a single sunbed available at the main pool. Room was nice enough and breakfast was good but overall a poor experience.」

「This is out of my expectations as a 4 star hotel. Travel with a 3 year old boy this is definitely a good choice staying here. There are some splash park and toddle pools for liitle one, its a joy for him everyday after breakfast. Location is good also the food is good, everday has different options and some tasted wonderful! 5 star for me at this price 🙃」

「Très mauvaise expérience dans cet hôtel. À notre arrivée, la chambre n’était pas propre. Nous avons demandé un nouveau passage de la femme de ménage, mais malgré cela, le nettoyage restait insuffisant : toilettes sales, sol mal nettoyé, etc. Ne parlons pas des cafards qui font leur vie… Le ménage n’est effectué qu’un jour sur deux, ce qui est étonnant pour un hôtel 4 étoiles. Le restaurant de l’hôtel était également très décevant, les repas étaient immangeables. Nous y avons séjourné une semaine...

「the hotel is in a great position,all staff are very pleasant and rooms and cleaning are excellent,the rooms in some places are showing signs of age and in places could do with a refurb,but all in all a great place to stay」

「Hôtel avec vue mer magnifique , personnel souriant et accueillant, chambre spacieuse mais manque un dressing supplémentaire et du mobilier (1seul fauteuil et un pouf) Restauration bof bof(on avait opté pour la demi pension mais vu la qualité et surtout le bruit dans cette immense salle, hop hop à Playa blanca tous les jours dans un petit resto ) , jacuzzi extérieur qui n’en est pas un .. et enfin pourquoi démarquer les clients avec des bracelets de couleur différente (qu’on ne peut pas enlever)...
