“The property is a old building and not well maintained. The odor in the rooms is disgusted -cigarette smoke- the breakfast is not for western tourists. The food wasn’t well appetizing.”

“The place need renovation”

“We had a wonderful stay! The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful, and we truly appreciated the complimentary room upgrade. The hotel is conveniently located near Tianmen Mountain, the train station, and the 72 Wonders, making it an excellent base for exploring Zhangjiajie. Overall, a comfortable stay with great service and a convenient location.”

“My room was upgraded to executive suite. Room is large and clean with a lot of facilities. Staff are very polite and helpful. My stay in the hotel is very enjoyable experience.”

“Cigarrete smell”

“Poor isolation and construction works / heavy traffic right in front. Friendly stuff but some don’t even try to understand what you are saying with signs (no English at all). They could not even tell where the entrance of the natural park is on a map. I will not recommend. Cleaning had some room for improvement.”
