Beds and bedsheet, bathrooms, breakfast – they are all characterized by great taste and the hostess is very sympathetic and service minded. During our travel around in England, Scotland and Wales for three weeks in September 2019 we stayed at 13 different B&Bs and hotels – Plas Y Dderwen was definitely the best B&B of them all.”

“Beautiful converted barn..very comfortable beds and bathroom facilities that are far better and classier than some hotels i have stayed in.. Wenda and Brian ,the perfect hosts,making us feel very welcome with nothing too much trouble Great Location..within easy reach of the main A487 to give us access to the many resorts and beautiful beaches on the Ceridigion coast.. would thoroughly recommend as a long or short break..Dog friendly as our dog was as chilled as we were..!! Very relaxing……

“Lovely old house with large spacious rooms. We stayed 4 nights in Myfanwy which was traditionally decorated and had a very large bathroom with roll top bath and separate shower. Lovely views from the room and bathroom. Very clean and comfortable. Only issues would be the tiny television and absence of a cooked breakfast (it was continental only and and I couldn’t help thinking the pre-Covid choice would have made the stay more special) ”
