“Clean hotel but the place reeked of raw sewage the evening I checked in. Not sure if the sewers were backed up because of the rain or what. But the stench was offensive. Limited food availability. There is no hot food around the clock. One night, around 930pm, the dinner service had already finished and my only option was the bakery. The bakery offered a limited selection of croissant type items. No actual food. Another morning I wanted breakfast before leaving for the day. But there was no……

“Kamers netjes en schoon. Zeezicht is aan te raden, als je niet meteen in de drukte wilt zitten. Eten is goed. Vooral het ontbijt. Lunch en diner gevarieerd. Het Marokkaanse restaurant is erg goed. Locatie is heerlijk aan de boulevard en het strand. Wat winkels en shops op loopafstand. Zwembad is leuk. Animatie is er wel, maar geen gepush en overdag op de achtergrond aanwezig. Avond programma is gevarieerd. Personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam”

“Overall, we had an OK stay, but there are several areas where the hotel could improve. The reception staff were efficient but not particularly welcoming. In contrast, the valet staff were outstanding. One gentleman in particular was always smiling, friendly, and went out of his way to help guests, making a real difference to our stay. Breakfast was inconsistent. The woman preparing the semolina bread was often rude and allowed other guests to push ahead of those waiting. Drink service was also……
