「Everything is perfect. The reception welcome us and show the hotel amenities around and the the gentleman is so nice while I was checking out The breakfast time is a bit crowds because of the Oceanside tables but we sit there two days (staff there will try to arrange those tables for you) and the food is nice with many choices. Just one note when I leave a message through th QR code so they can deliver extra needs to the room, they did in the first time and miss the second message. 4.5 stars...

「firstly what a fantastic hotel - stayed for 2 weeks and had a very relaxing break and stay - staff very friendly and helpful, with the Botanic bar a personal favourite BUT disappointingly it is NOT a golf resort (private members only) as we were politely ushered out of the clubhouse when enquiring about tee times 😢 but still a good spot for the other vilamoura course - overall a great stay but would have been nicer to play golf ⛳️ 」

「We loved how safe it was and how everything was so conveniently around. The staff are amazing. Very quiet, family orientated environment. Many options great location five minutes away from the beach then you have the trails then you have the shopping in the city. Everything was very convenient. Great great great location.」

「Didn't spend a lot of time inside the hotel because there are so much to see in Algarve. Rooms are really spacious and clean with a huge balcony. A relaxing stay except the buffet dinner where you have to check in with the receptionist and then queue at a certain area to wait for seating. Food (not so hot) and ambiance are totally canteen-like. The next day we spent some more to eat at the Japanese restaurant next door which is good in terms of food and service - but you only get 15 Euro credit...

「The resort has plentiful facilities and close to the beach. We are in the ocean suite and the room is nicely decorated and spacious The management is not up to a five star hotel standard. 「A fabulous 4 night stay. Wanted to relax and enjoy the weather and this was perfect. Facilities are excellent and the staff warm and friendly and nothing is too much trouble. We had a So Suite which was very large with breakfast and brunch and the brunch is a great option. The grounds are so pretty, an easy walk to the beach where you can paddle for miles and we loved the poolside area by Lima. Easy taxi ride from Faro and only 20 mins to Albufeira. 「The W Algarve delivered all it ‘said in the tin’ and then some. For those like me who are always skeptical when reviewing the hotel provided pictures, I can say that the rooms, the surrounding, the facilities, and the pleasant staff are exactly as described and portrayed. 「Unbelievable place. The hotel staff made this holiday even more special; so polite helpful and always welcoming! They have helped me with all my queries and happy to be of assistance.
