“The hotel is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. They had an all-inclusive advertisement which is why I booked it and then you had to reserve the dinner restaurant and they had no availability for our stay so my kids and I had to eat out every night. The staff had told me that they had a party check-in at 100 people and that is why there was no reservations. They didn’t replace the towels unless you asked. When we arrived, the elevator was broken and they had no one to help us with our Luggage……

“The staff is very helpful and friendly. Our room has been delayed for 2 hours, the receptionist was offering us free drink and tried their best to make us feel better. The room was nice for people who like party. Overall, it was ann amazing experience and the beach is clean and pretty. ”

“Had a great stay for a week in May half term. Read one reviews beforehand stating poor breakfast, not sure why, as the breakfast and location over looking the cove were amazing every day . Views much better than at the more expensive club part of the resort Super clean and polite helpful staff Location excellent for beach hopping and sunsets. Would definitely stay again”
