“Most of the staff is good and friendly, but one lady staff at reception seemed to be racism, friendly to others, but not to Asian people. One matress in our room was damaged, too soft, not firm enough, realized this problem after 3 nights sleep wake up with painful back, reported to the hotel and they said they changed the matress while we were out, but still not so comfortable matress. Overall this is a good hotel.”

“When we travel we like to stay at a locally owned hotel and CVK fits the bill. We booked a balcony room facing the Bosporus with a gorgeous view and lounge privileges. The room was great with a large jacuzzi, rain shower and small hammam and a wonderful bed. The seating on the patio is perfect for morning coffee and night time relaxing. The indoor swimming pool was out of service till 3rd July and we were not notified as I do not like swimming in the roof top swimming pool as other people can see from other hotels, they did not have an alternative suggestion. “It was a great pleasure to stay at Crowne Plaza. The restaurant on the 6/F is excellent with great view and lively music. The food selection is food. Very helpful from the team especially Sercan who provided a lot of tips and advice where to go and eat. Location of the hotel is good too as it closes to the pier and we can take ferries to avoid the congestion from land transport. Also would like to mention the great service from Ugur who helped to arrange the taxi service in a rainy day. Super……
