“Fantastic hotel”

“The hotel itself is great. Rooms are spacious, modern and clean. The shower and climate control are excellent. Beds are very comfortable. The infinity pool on the roof is outstanding, with an incredible view of all Budva and the sea. It was SO nice to have this after a long day of walking around town. There is a bar, restaurant, many lounge chairs and a deck that seems to get sun all day long. It’s really fantastic up there. The gym is small but reasonably functional — you can get a basic……

“There were NO overnight STAFF. I paid for TWO ROOMS WITH JACUZZI and didn’t get either. Not one good thing to say. I was locked out of my room FIVE different times with a key MALFUNCTION. The Kitchen closed before 10pm. We were told to try KOTOR and we did only to return to find tha car gate locked and had to park on street We tried calling SOMEONE to no avail. Only to go up to our room and locked out again at 1am. FRONT DESK shows up at 7 am .ZERO HELP SHE WAS. She took over an HOUR TO COMPOSE……

“Cleaned every day, great team of cleaners who didn’t get in your way. Marco in restaurant was very engaging and helpful. Spa masseuse Milita was excellent for both of us. Swimming pool team could be friendlier but possibly down to language barrier. Breakfast is abundant, one of the best we’ve experienced. Very few small children when we visited which is just how we like it. Very close to the beach and restaurants in direct proximity. We visited to celebrate an important wedding anniversary and……

“Rooms cramped. Too tight around wardrobe area. No full length hanging for dresses. Poor breakfast. Breakfast buffet poor layout. Staff not very friendly except housekeeping staff who always greeted us. ”

“Hotel La Roche is a luxurious and elegant place. The room looked like a small Royal wing with a beautiful view. The staff is/are polite and courteous. Great location; short walk to marina, bars and restaurants; etc. Although the breakfast was wonderful, I was expecting a buffet as I prefer to help myself to be served.”
