“Excellent service with friendly and attentive staffs. From train station pick up, check in, restaurant booking, room services, concierge, bar service, to check out with proper Swiss send off, the whole experience was just amazing. Our family had such a great time and was very memorable. Highly recommend for others when visiting Zermatt, and definitely our choice when visiting next. ”

“We had an absolutely magical time at The Omnia. Zermatt is already an incredible destination — especially in mid-February — but what truly made our short vacation unforgettable was our stay at this exceptional hotel The Omnia!!
The property itself is beautifully modern, with high-quality amenities and a stunning room offering breathtaking views. Above all, the level of service was genuinely five-star. Every member of the team went above and beyond to make our stay seamless and memorable.

“Bad
Japanese restaurant is a rip off and sushi is bad.
Staff appear to be friendly but it’s all just pretense and are not as helpful as they claim to be.
Breakfast isn’t great either. Took 20 mins for fried eggs to arrive and don’t even have sausage on the menu.”
