“I had tried to cancel this hotel booking 3 weeks ago through hotel.com ! Unfortunately, according to hotels.com CS, the hotel Had no response at all to our request for fully refund due to the Coronavirus case , therefore we couldn’t fly and had to cancel our flight !! Until now , we still waiting for the hotel to response to our refund , even now the date for staying had Already passed and we still had no response from this hotel ! Although I haven’t stay in this hotel but this kind of services……

“The location is close to the main historical buildings and tourist centres. The breakfast buffet provides diversified kinds of good foods and is worthwhile to pay extra cost for it. Most of the staff are welcoming and helpful. But the staff of cashier are a bit too cool to greet their guests. The dust on the cups in the minibar broke the image of its “blink blink cleanliness “. It’s good to live there for one day and try the breakfast buffet. But it is not suggested to live there for more……

“The hotel is fancy. Upon arrival I was greeted and given complimentary beverages between alcoholic and non-alcoholic (tasty cola made in Malta) and I had a sit in the large ornate lobby. My flight arrived early and my hotel check in was much later, so the reception staff kindly offered to store my bags and discussed all their facilities and services offered including the hotel restaurant’s various dining theme nights, spa and their upstairs pool bar. “We enjoyed our day at this hotel. It was our first time to Malta and it was reasonably central to everything we wanted to do. It is rather noisy depending on where your room is of a night with lots of activity occurring underneath in the streets below by a younger generation. having said this, it did not deter from our holiday. Excellent customer service and breakfast inclusion was a bonus. Also, airport bus stops out the front across the road.”

“We really enjoyed out 5 nights stay. The room was spacious and well finished. The pool area is beautiful. The food is amazing and the staffs were nice and helpful. The only thing I would suggest needs looking into is the slight off smell in the bathroom.”
