“Every staff member is very friendly and welcoming! The hotel is very clean. When they advertise as a “Luxury” hotel, that’s definitely what is being given. Would stay here again. ”

“The wifi was very unreliable, and it was difficult to get phone service on a high floor. However, everything else about the property was so positive, I would go back any day. The staff was friendly and helpful. The food offered as room service was delicious, above the quality of most restaurants. The room was meticulously cleaned and everything was updated.”

“Everybody greeted us pleasantly. Kim at the swimming pool, Zach at Valet parking and Liliana?? at room service, just to name a few - so friendly and taking good care of their guests. The location couldn't get any better - by the river and one block from Broadway. They cleaned the room twice a day and take care of every single detail. A great experience and would choose to stay here if we go to Nashville again”
