“The room we got, the tv in the living space did not work. Front desk lady came up to the room trying to fix it but could not claiming they have never seen that before. They got us into another room where the tv did the same thing but also the recliner was broken and one of the lights in the bedroom lamps did not work. Toilet paper was the awful one ply.”

“Parking was good, didn’t see any pets ”

“Property itself was pretty quiet but being on the side of the building close to the interstate was very noisy - the white noise of the air conditioner fan covered it decently but the fan also made an unpleasant whine. The bed was nice and firm, and I'm very glad there was an iron and ironing board. I'd stay here again but I would ask for a room on the front of the building.”

“The front desk people were very nice. However at check in we learned someone tried to call us about our reservation but we had no messages. No big deal. The first room we were put looked like maybe it was a work in progress for renovations, no privacy curtains on the window, shower broke. 2nd room kitchen wasn't very clean, fridge and stove rusty shower tub was either stained with grim or just dirty. Bed was clean and comfortable but very firm. Probably wouldn't stay here again. ”

“The checkin process is a mess and ended up assigning the same room to 2 different people. My luggage was thrown out in the corridor by another guest. I want a refund, please avoid this property at any cost”

“There is no front desk or staff to help at all, there was no communication on downloading an app and getting a code because nobody emailed or text me before arriving I was left standing in the hall not knowing what to do, there was no response for over a day when I asked for the internet information. The room was clean once I got in.”

“I would not recommend staying here. The property is dirty with trash thrown all over. A lot of shady people coming and going all night long, many sitting in their vehicles watching you and be careful stepping out of the room as you will be stepping on trash, vomit and oil slicks in the parking lot. I watched three landscapers with air blowers just blowing the trash around with out actually cleaning anything or picking the trash up. Did I mention there is trash everywhere!! The room was large……

“The overall staff of the property were so nice and friendly. The area was decent, a lot of people randomly walk through (apartments next door, kinda sketchy). Staff did warn us not to walk around at night. So that was nice heads up. It does offer seating areas to hang out and be out in the nice weather, good lighting. Nice parking. Super close to broadway which was the reasoning for booking for prices on Ubers there and back, honestly not terrible. Now I know this is an older motel but our room……

“Nice boutique hotel within walking distance to dining and shopping. Also an easy commute to downtown Nashville.”

“It's in a pretty sketchy part of town. The bottom floor facing the street overlooks a vacant parking lot that is occupied by prostitutes and homeless people. I think this is the side of the motel that is reserved for Expedia and other discount customers. I kept having to re-magnetize my key which the staff kept blaming on me putting it too close to my keys, but I don't know. The whole place was pretty dirty and not the usual Super 8 quality. ”

“Received and ADA room which was not what was booked. No issue other than the closets, beds, etc was much lower than needed. Not easy to get off a bed that low when you are older. Asked for a feather free room and we still had pillows with feathers. Allergies were a mess from one night of sleeping next to it. Parking for $30 this far from downtown seemed high.”
