“Everything perfect except the arrogant lady by reception does not know what is priority to take care. We were not be able to get our key and she kept my family wait outside of villa for 30 mins. after checking time. She claim that they cannot give us key since the room is still not be check up even it is ready. ”

The great location in the heart of Aveiro allows exploring the city by walking, everything is close within max. 15 min walking. We stayed 3 nights / 2 days and as there was so much to see, there was unfortunately not enough time to use the SPA facilities, which made a very good impression, too! We can highly recommend this hotel!”
