"We love this hotel for its beautiful facility, clean and spacious rooms, great amenities and friendly staff. This is not a new hotel but what impressed us is that the bathrooms still look very new and very clean. The only thing we were not happy with is that most of the breakfast dishes were sort of tasteless. Of course we are fully aware that tasting depends a lot on personal preference. So all in all, we fully enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this great hotel to anyone who visits...

"We booked a lakeview room because it is close to where we need to go. Upon arriving the front desk told us they โupgradedโ us to a lake view room, that of which we already booked. After we settled in our room, they called in and told us that they copied the wrong page in the passport. We need to goto the front desk and Hand them the passport again so they can verify info.
The room itself. We booked a smoke free room but the room reeks of cigarette smell. Lakeview is nice but window is dirty...
