「Brilliant hotel for families in a great location. Staff were lovely and helpful. Only downside was that the baby slides are for babies and the bigger slides should be for 4years + not 120cm! We only had one lifeguard refuse my 5 year old on our last day, the others allowed all kids on the slides otherwise the holiday would have been spoiled. Siam park allows 110cm for slides 5 times the size! Apart from that, great resort!」

「This is the second time my family and I have stayed at the hotel, and this visit managed to surpass what had already been a wonderful week two years ago. The staff throughout the hotel are absolutely first class - genuinely warm and always courteous. The entire location is immaculate, from the rooms, to the pool area, the restaurants, the bar, reception and the gym. 「Hotel muy bonito con todos los servicios disponibles, piscina, gimnasio, bares, restaurantes internamente sin necesidad de salir del hotel. El acceso a la piscina desde los niveles superiores no es directo, varios ascensores. La comida buffet muy bien y la atencion también. Los restaurantes fuera de pensión muy buenos pero algo caros. 「Beautiful, well kept hotel. Spacious rooms. Huge pools surrounded by palms and gardens. Food is generally very good and there is enough variety to please most people, most nights. Half board was good value, for us, as drinks are not expensive, with nice cocktails for €7 and beer for €4. Unless you are a massive drinker or never want to leave the hotel, all inclusive is probably less good value. 」

「A perfect holiday at El Mirador. The hotel staff were amazing, in particular, Paula, Patricia and Rita who went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. The General Manager also personally took the time to speak to us and ensure that we services met with our expectations. The facilities were wonderful and allowed for some much needed down time. We would definitely recommend this hotel.」
