“I wish they put as much effort in the rooms as they put into the outside areas of the hotel. I am genuinely confused how this hotel has received this high appraisal when my experience was quite disappointing All windows and the door of the rooms with ‘ocean-view’ are on the same side where other guests also walk past, thus if you want any privacy when staying in your room you have to close all the curtains, staying in a dark hole. The bed is decent but has weird night side tables that block……

“Nice location with beautiful views and easy access to the beach and town. The hotel was pleasant overall, but an important heads-up for future guests: the rooms do NOT have air conditioning. This was not clear to us at the time of booking and significantly affected our comfort. I recommend confirming this before booking, especially during the warmer months.”

“2 overnatninger ifm besøg på Teide. Slidt og gammelt inventar Værelserne forekom at være nussede Aircondition koblet fra så vi ikke kunne køle værelset ned. Uhjælpsomt personale Dog lækker morgenmad, der giver den sidste stjerne. Spa benyttede vi ikke.”

“Great hotel, made better by the Magma experience - which was given as an upgrade as our original size room was not ready (instead we had a slightly smaller, recently renovated room which could not have been improved on!) Staff were helpful, hotel was immaculately clean and food was good.”

“Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato la camera non pulita di giornata. C'era polvere accumulate anche il bagno non rispettava gli standard di pulizia. Il giorno dopo poi il servizio pulizia è migliorato.Il personale alla reception non parla una sola parola di italiano il che è inaccettabile in quanto per il loro ruolo le lingue dovrebbero saperle oltretutto che il turismo di Tenerife è per almeno il 70% di Italian. Posizione dell'hotel comoda come punto di partenza per muoversi,spiaggia e centro……
