「Beautiful setting and overall a relaxing stay at Bahía del Duque. The pools are stunning, the staff incredibly friendly, and the resort grounds are lovely. However, the kids club could definitely be improved — it wasn’t very engaging — and the cleanliness of the rooms wasn’t quite up to 5-star standard. While the charm is there, the hotel is starting to show its age and could benefit from a renovation soon. Still, a solid option for a sunny escape in Tenerife.」

「Superbe hôtel , personnel toujours aimable et souriant; buffets proposés tant pour le petit déjeuner que pour le dîner très variés, c'était beau et bon, de quoi ravir nos papilles gustatives. Activités et centre de fitness top: merci à Frances et Penelope pour leur sourire , leur dynamisme Chambre correcte, manque un peu de lumière, salle de bain propre, peut-être à restaurer mais ce n'est que du détail. Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour, troisième fois pour nous.」

「Magnificent hotel! Staff and service were great!!! Swim up pool was a very nice add on. The hotel is super quiet with scenic views on the mountains and the ocean. It is remote and nothing is around but that’s how we like it.」

「Been here as a couple twice before and could not fault it in anyway. Returned with daughter and grandchildren and everything was as good as we remembered. However there was not much for the children other than the pool and this was monitored severely by the life guard with a whistle and fun was definitely not on the agenda and as a result would suggest that it is only suitable if you want a quiet break away.」
