“I am staying at the Madrid Marriott Hotel Princesa Plaza and the breakfast is far way better than at Tropical. My wife was happy with everything except the breakfast buffet. My son got sick, so he stopped eating breakfast. Definitely the breakfast buffet does not meet the standard of such high quality resort. Please take advice from the Marriott Hotel.”

“The room was clean and beautiful. The staff was also very nice. Angela was a great bartender and made sure we had an amazing time everyday. The food at the bar especially burgers, chicken sandwich, oysters, were all really good. Breakfast was amazing. The only downside was we had lost our key late at night. When arriving at the hotel at 1-2 am I was told that there was not another key available and we would have to wait until 7 am for someone to get a key. We were scolded for losing it . Which I……

“Pool was lovely, although not the best for kids. Towel service was nice, although sunbeds weren’t particularly well designed around the pool to enjoy from different areas. But there were plenty of you were happy to sit away from the pool. Breakfast quality and choice was disappointing, in particular for gluten free. “Air conditioning in our family appartment 157 wasnt very cool at all ,we did report it numerous times was told keep windows doors closed which we did and already knew to do anyway . They fix it so for 7 night's it was abit uncomfortable . Staff were very nice 👌 hotel spotless . Hopefully hotel fixes air conditioning in this appartment as would hate for another family to suffer like we did in the warmth . We had to buy fans to sit by our bedside ”

“Clean and tidy hotel in great location to bars, restaurants and short walk to the beach. Friendly, helpful staff that work hard to make for a great stay. Lovely little roof top terrace, the pool is warm and the bar serves nice cocktails. Booked by my daughter who stayed here with her family last year. Will be back!”

“Overall good stay - available parking even though very tight spots, great location really close to the strip and restaurants, big gym, spacious rooms and amenities. The bedding could've been cleaner and it seemed ridiculous to pay for beach towels and to play pool or table tennis, but overall good $$ for value.”

“On arrival at 9pm , check in was smooth, we were informed we were being upgraded to an UP room, which was nice. However we were given room 642 which is in the corner of the hotel, room itself was nice , great shower in room but balcony had pigeon droppings on balcony rail and floor, I noticed other balconies in this area had same problem. On complaining the following morning we were at first offered a room on 3rd floor which was not as good and was in floor of hotel being renovated. We informed……
