“I am staying at the Madrid Marriott Hotel Princesa Plaza and the breakfast is far way better than at Tropical. My wife was happy with everything except the breakfast buffet. My son got sick, so he stopped eating breakfast. Definitely the breakfast buffet does not meet the standard of such high quality resort. Please take advice from the Marriott Hotel.”

But there were plenty of you were happy to sit away from the pool. Breakfast quality and choice was disappointing, in particular for gluten free. “The room was clean and beautiful. The staff was also very nice. Angela was a great bartender and made sure we had an amazing time everyday. The food at the bar especially burgers, chicken sandwich, oysters, were all really good. Breakfast was amazing. The only downside was we had lost our key late at night. When arriving at the hotel at 1-2 am I was told that there was not another key available and we would have to wait until 7 am for someone to get a key. We were scolded for losing it . Which I……

“Air conditioning in our family appartment 157 wasnt very cool at all ,we did report it numerous times was told keep windows doors closed which we did and already knew to do anyway . They fix it so for 7 night's it was abit uncomfortable . Staff were very nice 👌 hotel spotless . Hopefully hotel fixes air conditioning in this appartment as would hate for another family to suffer like we did in the warmth . We had to buy fans to sit by our bedside ”

“Spent my first solo holiday in Alousoul hotel, it was amazing. All of the staff were so friendly. The breakfast buffet was one of the best I’ve seen in a hotel, so much choice and the complementary cookies and flavoured water were lovely. Location wise it’s perfect, a short walk to the beaches and restaurants. Would definitely return.”

“We liked the spacious kitchen, room and balcony, it felt big enough for our family of 4 (parents sleeping on sofa bed which did the job). No one came to clean our room at all during our 7 night stay so we did have to get some emergency toilet rolls and bin bags and it would have been nice for this service (we could have asked on reception if we were that bothered). We also kept seeing people stealing ice creams from the poolside fridge which we found annoying as we were paying €3.50 for each one……
