「Everything was top notch. From the moment you arrive till you check out, super friendly and helpful service. Hotel is in great condition and the views are amazing. Excellent restaurants including two Michelin Star options. 」

「Clean room. Rituals products in bathroom. Room had an ironing board, iron and hairdryer. Great ocean view. Lots of choice for breakfast. Pool side menu limited food options.」

「Overall good stay - available parking even though very tight spots, great location really close to the strip and restaurants, big gym, spacious rooms and amenities. The bedding could've been cleaner and it seemed ridiculous to pay for beach towels and to play pool or table tennis, but overall good $$ for value.」

「Most people didn’t seem to have AI and so certain items not an available and pool bar / resturant menu fairly restrictive. Plenty activities and animation team activities. Tennis courts no longer exist which was a shame - 1squash court available. Pool areas wonderful loads of beds but busy. Nice thick cushions. All staff in all areas were very helpful and friendly. 」

Good: Friendly and efficient staff, excellent location of the hotel, great dinner, free parking (at least in the low season) Bad: Pools are cold (not heated at all?); mediocre breakfast; noisy evening entertainment. Tip: If you are having a room on the pool side, ask for a higher floor, there are much better views of the ocean」
