“Fantastic hotel, unable to find a fault. All of the staff are so friendly and helpful, would definetely return.”

“I had a 4 day trip with my 7 year old daughter and so researched like a dog with a bone, as I needed to be sure I could find a balance of solo-adult / child friendly amenities. This hotel was perfect, I was so pleased. First of all, the food - considering all inclusive - was absolutely fantastic, as were most of the drinks. The kids club and evening entertainment kept us both happy, as I got a few hours here and there to myself, plus we got to do things together evening, given the entertainment……

“If you book this hotel, make sure you choose the “Preferred Club” option. The location is excellent, and the hotel itself is nice and cozy. The pool is not very large, but it is big enough. The staff were great, except for one person who ruined an entire evening for us, I am not exaggerating! I still cannot believe someone could act so unprofessionally. There is no private hotel beach area, There is no beach access directly to the beach, so if access to the beach is important to you, I would……

“No AC the beds and pillows are really bad and uncomfortable. I didn’t feel comfortable sleeping with windows opened. So we had a really bad first night. The front desk lady from Bulgary moved us to a room that had AC.”

“Air conditioning in our family appartment 157 wasnt very cool at all ,we did report it numerous times was told keep windows doors closed which we did and already knew to do anyway . They fix it so for 7 night's it was abit uncomfortable . Staff were very nice 👌 hotel spotless . Hopefully hotel fixes air conditioning in this appartment as would hate for another family to suffer like we did in the warmth . We had to buy fans to sit by our bedside ”

“Property could have been in a better location, the property we were staying at was at another resort across the road. It took them a while to locate our room. My mum has physical disabilities and we did request easy access room, even though they gave us a room with little stairs it was still a challenge for my mum and also the floors were slippery. Apartment was ok, could have been better but the balcony was with a great view.”

“Very nice clean apartment. Pleasant pools. Helpful staff. Improvement recommendations: Invite them to be more mindful of people sleeping in the morning when they push their cleaning trolleys or trolley of clean clothes as would wake us up before 8am which is not nice when on holiday.”
