Breakfast was a bit busy, but staff are efficient, courteous and knowledgeable their job inside out. Rooftop bar was great, with a quiet, relaxed vibe. 「Everything was perfect the reception staff were very helpful. The room was very well equipped with everything you need including USB & USBC points each side of the bed. Beds were very comfortable with choice of pillows. The pool area and pools were very good and the restaurant and staff were very good. 」

「Too inconvenient. Inconvenient place, inconvienient service. We lived here for 2nights, Since our reservations were separated, they asked us to change the room at 12pm on the second day and the housekeeper can help us to put our luggage to the new room. Although it took us too much inconvienence, on the second day 12pm nobody came to my room to helped us. So I don't want to back to this Ritz Carlton hotel again. Awful experience.」
