“Never so any staff, communication was good,room was adequate for price, kitchen was disappointing only two ring electric hob,not enough room to cook if place was full./Hot water for shower and washing dishes could do with being warmer,but for what it cost reasonably priced ”

She said it was just old, folded it, stored it in the cabinet, and gave me another blanket. I left right afterwards and didn’t really look at it. “I did not get info on how to get in and out of the hotel. The concierge is not always there! I had to ring my own taxi on leaving and it was difficult to re-access the building to pick up my baggage as I don't speak Spanish. The room was very tired in decor with multiple scrapes around the doors. It vibrated with the sound of the fridge (?). The only plus was the 6 minute walk to the beach. No breakfast. No snacks. Very basic.”

“Wonderful wintersun retreat overlooking costa adeje. We were happy we chose to stay in this area rather than La Caleta as its buzzier, has more restaurants options and lies directly on the nicest bit of the promenade (access via 5min down/uphill walk). Hotel did not feel busy at any point, and sunloungers were plenty. Was particularly impressed by the thoughtfulness of the staff, who left a free bottle of wine in our room after a few nights with noisy neighbors next door. Only a shame that they……
