“The cleaning ladies were very nice and helpful, but the blankets were dirty. I showed one of the cleaning ladies my blanket and asked for a clean one. She said it was just old, folded it, stored it in the cabinet, and gave me another blanket. I left right afterwards and didn’t really look at it. When I returned, I saw that it was dirty with a very large stain on it. Having dirty blankets was a big problem. The walls are also very thin and you can hear everything going on in the hallways. “Ein sehr schönes und ruhiges Hotel mit schönen Zimmern. (Wir konnten bei der Reinigung auch eine andere Suite einsehen.) Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend, welches wir an der Rezeption, sowohl beim Frühstück, als auch an der Poolbar und im Restaurant (Alma) erleben konnten. Frühstück und Speisen im Restaurant sind top. Die Buchung der Massage, können wir auch empfehlen.”

The hotel is beautiful, impeccably maintained, and perfectly located in Costa Adeje—just a short walk from great beaches, restaurants, and shops. “Hotel doesn’t look much from the outside, but there is not much to fault inside. It is really clean and modern and well run. Breakfast is very good, always hot and a great selection on offer. Drinks in the bar are very reasonably priced compared to local bars and restaurants. Highly recommend.”

“Wonderful wintersun retreat overlooking costa adeje. We were happy we chose to stay in this area rather than La Caleta as its buzzier, has more restaurants options and lies directly on the nicest bit of the promenade (access via 5min down/uphill walk). Hotel did not feel busy at any point, and sunloungers were plenty. Was particularly impressed by the thoughtfulness of the staff, who left a free bottle of wine in our room after a few nights with noisy neighbors next door. Only a shame that they……
