Had to request room change, and had to insist a bit to get it. - There are renovations taking place, which imply construction noise. - Upon receiving the final check, you will get a $70+/day gratuity added. “Very disappointing stay at Casa de Alba, especially for the price (over $1,000). We stayed from Friday to Monday, and our room had plumbing issues the entire time. The toilet was leaking from day one, and although we reported it immediately, it was not properly fixed. At one point, water from the bathroom leaked into the suite, and we were left without access to our room and bathroom for several hours while repairs were attempted. Even after that, the issue persisted—by our last day, the toilet……
