“The breakfast menu was great. The room was musty clean minus a small dead roach behind bed backboard. The staff was very friendly. Conveniently located by I-4”

“The Ann Stevens House was a short stay. We went to the Daytona 500 about 26 miles away. It was quaint with antiques placed in our 2nd story room. The mattress was rather hard, but not horrible. There was of plenty of parking and the room was very clean. The host is very nice and accommodating. My only negative comment is that the stairs, that looked rather new, were rough cut, unsanded and unfinished. My husband got a pretty large splinter from the banister. ”

“They didn’t clean the room, and I had to take the trash out myself. We had to take the sheets downstairs and would receive them in the morning, but at night they were returned unironed, and we had to make the bed ourselves. The behavior of the lobby staff was very poor. You had to wait a long time for someone to come, and when they did, they responded rudely. The kitchen had no utensils, and you had to buy them from the lobby. There was an insect (or animal) in the room that bit me all over my……

“This place is so nice! The front desk staff were so friendly both at check in and check out. The room was clean and the bed comfy. The breakfast options were plentiful and tasted good. There were a bunch of families getting breakfast at the same time. The food was constantly being refreshed and there was olenty of room for everyone. I would absolutely recommend staying here! ”
