I had booked two rooms and was traveling with a 2-year-old child, which made the situation very inconvenient. Since it was already late at night, we really had no other option. “Although the room was technically clean, it left a lot to be desired. When we checked in, the desk staff member said how we got the best, quietest room in the whole hotel. It was not in the main hotel building, it was outside and looked like a remodeled pool shack. First, it took us a few minutes to get in the room because we couldn't get the handle to work (the desk staff member warned us to "lift" the handle because there's something wrong with it). So much for being quiet, there were 3 adults……

“Upon arrival, property was beautiful! Check in was easy, the gentleman who checked us in was so friendly! Ice machine third floor was broken, rooms were nice but not clean. There was a used tampon bottom of the headboard, the curtain hooks were all broken, and all shampoo , conditioner and body wash bottles were so old and looked like all they do is refill them. Towels had stains, we found a tick. Breakfast was good, BUT staff was SO rude and was rushing guests out. IT IS POSTED BREAKFAST IS……

“Room was clean but carpets were wet, walls seem to be paper thin as we could hear the ladies next doors conversation clearly, the property was being renovated and the workers started working at 6 or 7 am which was a drag because we got in late and were tired. We could hear all their conversation and idk if they were using a jack hammer or what machinery but it was loud and right outside our door. Toilet also ran all night long so we had to keep the bathroom door closed to not hear it so much.……
