「Nice property, wonderful breakfast. The one thing we did not like was the shower. It is open on one end so cold air came in, water temperature was inconsistent and there was a puddle of water on the bathroom floor by the time we were done so we stood in a puddle of water to use the toilet. Seals on the door were bad. That is the one thing that would keep me from returning to this hotel.」

「Beautiful building highlighted by some antique artwork. Room was impeccable. The hotel is very clean and very well maintained. Service was very courteous and helpful. The location is ideal for visiting Arequipa and the area very secure. Lots of excellent restaurants and stores nearby.」
