"Access to the property is a NIGHTMARE. There is no information on the hotel site and or EXPEDIA alerting people to all the construction going on. Finding the entrance was difficult, especially in rush hour. The streets are laid out in a ONE-WAY grid making it very tough if you're not from San Jose and know the street layout."

"Reserved 2 rooms in advance. Upon arrival was told they did not have two rooms available per my reservation. Coming from across the country and internationally this is the worst experience. No toilet paper and even roaches."

"Clean great comfortable "

"The inside of the building and our room were clean, orderly, and well stocked. The bathroom products were good quality. Obviously, the owners put a lot of work and some money in renovating. Our room was a little small because of the king-sized bed, but it was comfortable, and we liked the pillows. The staff were friendly and helpful. We were within walking distance of good restaurants and of our event. Also, we felt our car was safe because there is a staff on-site until it closes and the high chainlink fence is locked. The breakfast was simple but had some good choices, and there was a morning newspapers to read. Since we spent Saturday night, there was a lot of noise and cruisers; although, we enjoyed seeing the vintage cars. Also, the outside of the building is old and upon approach, it made us wonder if it would be a good place, but we were pleasantly surprised when we entered the building and greeted by the friendly, efficient staff. We would book a room there again if we have another downtown event."

"Good area close to the airport close to the freeway dining areas nearby. staff is great. Price is good. Pet friendly. Clean rooms good amenities."
