「Chic and trendy hotel. Very nice staff and always willing to help. Free valet parking. Area is probably a little more mixed - the hotel themselves don’t recommend walking on the street alone after dark. We just took uber point to point and we were fine. We would always see hotel staff/security so it felt safe enough. One small complaint - we stayed on 5th floor which is right underneath the rooftop bar and could hear some stomping. Could not hear sound from other rooms next door so that bit...

「The trip started at a low point because i requested an airport transfer since I arrived late at night. Unfortunately, the transfer was never communicated to the night staff according to them. When I asked that I receive I free transfer on my return trip to make up for this mishap, they declined. Overall the hotel is nice and spacious, the room was great for a longer stay or a bigger group. It gets very loud so I would've recommend for families.」

「Staff were excellent」

「Amazing experience. Really feels like home. Well worth the price. Only thing maybe is to improve the quality of the happy hour bar snacks and food which was not that great. Otherwise amazing.」

The room had all for a 3 night stay: kitchenette, fan, A/C, iron and a good shower. The bathroom handle however was broken, which apparently the...

「hotel is good but toilet cannot flush.」

「This lovely property offers numerous amenities and features an exceptional staff. When my original flight from New York was canceled, my host Ryan promptly adjusted my accommodation. The aromatherapy was a wonderful added touch. I wholeheartedly recommend this property.」

「一般酒店，房间有点陈旧！」

「The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Overall, the facility is somewhat dated. I experienced elevator problems several times during my nine days stay; once, the elevator got stuck on the fourth floor and could not move up or down, leaving passengers trapped. The location is good, but the personal security risk is high. Please take the hotel staff’s advice seriously. They warned me not to go out at night and not to let anyone see my phone. I did not realize this was such a serious issue, and...
