「We had to check out of this hotel early after discovering what appeared to be bed bugs in our room. We immediately brought it to the staff’s attention, and honestly, they did not seem surprised by the complaint. What was most disappointing was that they were unwilling to provide a refund, even though we had to leave immediately and spend additional money booking another hotel at the last minute. This situation caused a lot of stress and inconvenience, especially having to worry about bringing...

「This property is quite aged and needs to be revitalized. There was no no Continental breakfast provided. Doors were still locked at 8:00 a.m. 」

「Housekeeping was very disappointing. I had to take dirty towels to the front desk area in order to exchange for clean. We had no housekeeping ….garbage was not removed after our first night’s stay, nor were dirty towels exchanged.」

「Staff were helpful and friendly. We were able to check in early. We weren’t looking for any extras, just a place to sleep for the night and they were great. It was quiet and we weren’t looking able to get a good night’s sleep and head out early the next day.」

「The pillows were small like the pillows you have on your couch. They was so flat you needed three pillows to make one. FYI take your on pillows. They was very old. Still needing some updates. Doors need to be replaced. Bathroom needs work. 」
