Wanted to charge me £10 for the late check in. When I refused I was called a (profanity) and handed the key in furry. Terrible experience. "

"The apartment is very conveniently located in the heart of Leicester. It didn’t take us long to walk to anywhere in the city. Lovely decor and super modern. Had all the facilities we needed, full kitchen, living area and double bedroom. "Bed and bedding comfy with 2 choices of pillows. Good hot water and pressure. Only draw back was the reverse cycle was not controllable due to not having a down button. Temp stays on 25 or you could put it up not down. Had a standing fan fan which we had on all night and heating off. Too cold for windows open. "
